300gms Chopped Onions
250gms Chopped Tomato
50gms Ginger & Garlic
Green & Red Peppers
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Two attendees of our ‘Chef Masterclass’ have just sent us a wonderful email which shares their experiences of our cook school, which took place yesterday afternoon.
